Our Story
Inspired Space Consulting was founded by Masha Grinberg, a seasoned operations leader with over a decade of experience in the coworking industry.
Masha began her career in coworking at an early stage and quickly grew into a leadership role, ultimately serving as Director of Operations and helping scale a single location into a multi-location portfolio. Along the way, she led expansion projects, built and trained teams, and developed the systems and processes needed to support both day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
Through that experience, she saw firsthand what makes a workspace successful—not just in how it looks, but in how it functions, performs, and supports the people within it. She developed a deep understanding of the balance between operations, sales, and member experience, and how each plays a critical role in driving occupancy, retention, and overall performance.
Inspired Space Consulting was created to bring that hands-on expertise to operators, landlords, and hospitality-driven concepts looking to build or refine high-performing workspaces. Today, Masha partners closely with clients to translate vision into reality—creating spaces that operate seamlessly, feel intentional, and deliver meaningful, measurable results.
